someone help me

I have this really really sharp back pain and it hurts soooo badd. I'm literally tearing up and I have no one to call.

I just want to sleep, it hurts so badd.

    Wow. I bruise and back muscle about a month ago and aggravated the injury about two weeks ago. I ended up following the doctors's orders and meds to the tee, this time.

    I sent a similar tweet a couple nights back. My back was hurting and I couldn't fall asleep for the life of me.
